Dr. Mary Elizabeth Lambe, MD

I have a blood clotting issue but went my entire 55 years without anyone either solving or treating me. 4 specialists, 5 internists. So to say Dr Lamb is our angel is saying it true. Have not been in hospital since doctor detective heard my story and found out what to do. I drive to the mountain to see her now not would drive over the country if I had too!

I was referred to Doctor Lambe by my heart doctor when no one else seemed to know what was wrong with me. She took the time to look everything over and solved a 7 year old mystery. Amazing. Thanks doctor Lambe!

Dr. Lambe is the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She really cares about you as a person and always tries to provide the best possible medical care. There is nothing that she can't do and if it's something out of her scope of practice, she knows all of the best specialists in the area to refer you to. She's wonderful!

We were heading to 4 countries in Africa, have traveled extensively & received medical advice at 3 other places for those trips. I wish we had landed w/ Dr. Lambe so much sooner, her info, knowledge, presentation was AMAZING! She covered details we always wondered about but never asked, & no one had ever seemed to know or inform. She covered EVERYTHING & made my own anxiety drop completely. From current country political scene, common scams & hazards, pros and cons vaccines, exact details of water safety, accident risks, suggestions for insurance, how to enjoy local foods, why taking antibiotics too quickly contributes to worldwide resistance, careful review malaria meds, sunscreen, and so much more. She even picked up the phone called her contacts in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and negotiated a better rate on our safari in Kenya--having cared for the owner and his wife. Everything was written down in marvelous handouts which we ended up sharing with our friends also traveling. One had… gone to UW, another to Virginia Mason--all remarked their 10-minute visits were sad in comparison to how informed we became in our 60 minute time. Eventually, we stopped showing off though it was hard. Dr. Lambe is now our regular doc too and her care in all things matches that same high level. To feel listened to, understood, special, and with someone who takes the time to teach is unique. We are grateful for that first travel visit and now drive out from Seattle to the little clinic in Snoqualmie. Its worth it. For that kind of deep, compassionate attention? We would probably fly across the country. She claims her partner Dr. Doerfler is smarter. If so, what a remarkable place for medical care. Thanks, Dr. Lambe! Thanks, Snoqualmie Valley Clinic!!By the way that 8 week Africa trip was flawless. Largely, in part, because Dr. Lambe laid out everything we might expect and enjoy.

This doctor gives me her full attention and makes me feel like I am the only person who matters in her day. Never rushes me, asks what I think, what concerns me. Asks if any questions I left out, goes over her "plan of help" writes it down so we both are on same page. Makes plan if it works, doesn't work--everything to make me feel number 1 cared. She can be texted, called, emailed and always sounds delighted to hear. Sometimes I think--where did I FIND this doctor anyway???!! Great hearted an very smart

I really like this Doctor! A friend of mine was bringing her twins in & no one else was having any luck solving "me". what a breath of fresh air. I think she closed her practice and I can see why. Everybody wants to see her and you have to wait for someone to move out of state practically. Friendly, listens good, thorough, a mix of more interesting parts than I can say. She was like several specialists rolled into one. Their clinic is very nice sweet and i like her partners who I have seen a time or two. Wish they were open weekends though but she stays open late if you need. I did and do.

We followed Dr Lambe from Swedish but then lost her for a year. Glad to find her at Snoq Valley Clinic. Gosh that's a friendly kind place suits Dr Lambe's style very well. She has longer appt times and doesn't make me feel rushed. My kids are so relaxed around her I think they would follow her home. Never met anyone so good at listening and then discussing possible solutions and ideas to try on. Always calm, focused, I never feel like what I say is embarrassing or odd She makes me feel everything is OK to say or safe to say. Smart, figured out my husband's case that stumped many other doctors too

I followed Dr Marybeth from her other clinic and she still refers to Swedish which is nice. She is so up to date on everywhere I have to travel for work around the world. She keeps up with current illnesses, reminds me how to stay healthy, and even reviews travel insurance, mosquito repellant, water safety, travel scams, crime, jet lag. She doesn't miss a detail. Love it! I have traveled safely with her for 8 years. And she sees me for everything else in between. One in a million!

I was disappointed when Dr. Lambe left Swedish but am so happy she stayed in the Valley. Family doc and, I hear, a mountaineer but in my neighborhood she has always felt like our shrink and the best listener a person could have for a doctor. Really like Snoqualmie Valley Clinic too. Great staff! Dr. Lambe is very logical and very smart but she never lets that keep her from wanting to hear your opinion just as much. I like she says when she doesn't know even if, I bet really, she sure does.

Myself and my 3 children see her and like her a lot. Real good listener, kids love her. Helps you be a good parent and you feel stronger just leaving the office. Everyone there at Snoqualmie is kind also. Dr Lambe is so smart but lets you think you solved things together!
