Dr. Mary Katherine Len, MD

If I could give this provider 0 stars I would. She should not be working with children. She doesn't seem to have compassion or empathy for them at all. We saw her once and had such a terrible experience we found another pediatric gastroenterologist and never saw Dr. Len again. There is a reason why you can get an appointment with her as a new patient sooner than other providers in the same clinic or even other clinics. If you are in Olympia, she isn't worth the convenience. Go to Tacoma, Seattle, or the Mary Bridge gastroenterology clinic in Olympia. There are so many better providers who are worth the wait.

Dr. Len made my daughter and I hanging. She was very aloof and incompetent

Dr. Len was very cold, impersonal, out of touch and failed to respond to any of my messages. I called her office and left multiple messages. Her office staff said she’d given Dr. Len my messages. She went onto day Dr. Len often doesn’t respond to messages or correspondence. My child suffers and Dr. Len does not care. Poor provider

Did not relate well to me or with my son. It was very difficult to get Dr. Len or her staff to call us back.

Dr Len is the best GI Dr around. Saved my daughters life. She is very smart and will get to the bottom of your child’s issues with a calm and collected demeanor.

Find another doctor. This is not the doctor you’re looking for.
