I can't believe that my son was sick and I brought him in and the one Dr said that he needs breathing treatments. I did what they said and it was not getting better. I had to bring him back in and told the Dr that my cousin that is a nurse said he didn't sound good at all and to ask to switch his breathing meds to something stronger. All I got from them was No just keep up with this one. When I brought him back in a few weeks later I seen a different Dr and she said oh my... he doesn't sound good and he has a double ear infection in both ears too.. Poor baby we are gonna get you better. Thank God for her cause she switched his meds and believe it or not he was better within a week... I have to agree about the admin staff, especially Donna are terrible, rude, and could care less about the kids or their parents. Watch out!!! Make sure you bring your check book or they will make you feel like garbage. When you do talk to Donna she is REALLY rude! The girl behind the desk always gives you… dirty looks and makes you feel like you have something stuck on your face... I do like most of the Dr's but beware of the rest of staff... I was told there is a list of names of the people they don't like on the filing cabinet... So next time you go you might want to see if your on the list and maybe that's why they treat you like garbage,,,

The staff at the office especially the receptionist(s) are rude. When you call to schedule an appointment they don't state their names or what doctor office your calling and when you ask for their name they say "receptionist. You don't need my name." That's what I got told last time I called. Then I asked to schedule 2 separate appointments on 2 different days for my child due to extreme weather and I got told we don't do that. You are only allowed one appointment. The doctors are very good at what they do. They have pretty much been spot on for the most part but they need to hire better staff and more courteous staff.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and yet there is no real rapport with the doctors. It feels very impersonal, but I think that is the case with most doctors nowadays. They just want you in and out quickly, then they charge you huge fees. That being said, I have never had to wait more than 5 min to see a doctor and I have always been able to get an appointment when I needed one.

I saw Dr. Lewis as a child and all I remember is her being very nasty and critical about my weight without ever offering much of a solution. I believe having a doctor like her is one of the reasons I've had a life long weight problem.

I have been going there for a while due to the ease of making appointments and getting in there but if anything was wrong with my child (from experience) I would give about zero level of confidence in what they say. One of my child turned out to be autistic and they never suggested anything was wrong. I know three other families that go there and they have found the same thing. Great for a quick shot but just expect to get a bottle of antiboitic for your sick child with no attached diagnoises.

You never have to wait, Very caring office. highly recommended.

The doctors at Mary Lewis' practice are good for the most part. The nurses are OK. The admin staff, especially Donna are terrible, rude, and could care less about the kids or their parents.
