Dr. Mary M Llanas, DDS

I started seeing Dr. Mary in early 2019. After my first visit she told me she needed to replace nearly all the work that had been done in my mouth. While this was very overwhelming for me I put my trust in her. I let her replace nearly all the work to a tune of about $9,000 out of pocket after my insurance covered their portion. After she had replaced things in my mouth my occlusion was completely ruined. I had come into the office too many times to count to try and correct this. One side of my mouth had a bite way too high, the other side of my mouth had a bite way too low. The appearance of her in office made crown was terrible and the color matched nothing in my mouth. She kept telling me I would get used to the new work which was not the case. It caused me terrible TMJ and facial pain. I finally got a second opinion from a prosthodontist to find out my bite was terribly off from all this work. Everything she done had to be taken out and redone. There are other issues… that I had besides this about leaving me with infected teeth after mentioning numerous times that something was not right, only to be disregarded. I finally have a new dental team that has been phenomenal but it has taken me over a years-worth of work to recover from this. I tried contacting her for a refund for many months only to get strung along with no reasonable resolution. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. I would recommend anyone going here to get a second opinion on her recommended services. She will try to get as much work out your mouth as she can to fill her pocket book, beware.

there is only 1 thing that bothered me is that she does and that is she says comments about your teeth and it kinda makes you feel bad but the other than that she is a great dentist and i really love her and she takes good care of your teeth and is willing to help you!!

Dr. Llanas was friendly, caring and accommodating during a recent emergency visit to her office. A true consummate professional. Highly recommend her services with enthusiasm!

I love her hygienist who I recently had, Tina. She was extremely informative and caring about all my needs. The dentist is another matter, she was all about how much work she could get out of my mouth and not really considering that I didn't have insurance to cover it. Her receptionist at the front wasn't even reasonable in trying to work with me or give me any options for paying for all the work that they suggested I needed or should have. I felt like that were trying to sell product and worried about production rather than the patient in front of them. Get your teeth cleaned there but look for options on any work suggested by them. The outside is beautifully done but just like a person it is what is offered from the inside that matters! Five stars for Tina but 1 star for the dentist and her front receptionist.

Dr. Llanas and her staff are very attentive and thorough to their patients. They really go up and above to make sure that you are comfortable. I had to have two cavities drilled and Dr. Llanas made sure that I was numbed properly and completed the procedure much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dr. Llanas as a dentist to anyone.

Dr. Llanas was professional and very sweet! Her support staff Lynn was welcoming and helpful. Amy- dental hygienist was very gentle and kind. Also, Joe or Joel (not sure of name) was incredibly well informed, calming, really great. No lectures, no games with insurance. Really great!
