Front office staff is very rude. Especially the lady who answers the phones

Dr.Manuel is such a great doctor. As a new mother I would freak out about everything and run to see her. She takes the time and patience to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions. Now her office staff-a whole other issue. They are rude and have not gotten any better over the years. Her receptionist has a bad attitude and very unorganized (she could not even remember my child's name). The head nurse is also very rude and never smiles or interacts with the children. The office only accepts cash or checks-this is specially inconvenient because most people don't carry either one anymore. They definitely need to do some catching -up technology wise. If you can endure the staff and take cash to your office visits-Dr.Manuel is the best Pediatrician you will ever meet. She is a kind, patient, and gently spirit and above all my child lovers her.

The office assistants are very very rude and sometimes they dont even know what to answer when you ask about your childrens appointments!!! Specially that supposedly "office manager" Misty! As a manager she should set up the example to the rsst of the employees but shes very rude!! She doesnt seem to be a certified office specialist. Its ridiculous that they forget to put all your childs info in the computer!!! And because of that whenever you get a call from them you better answer cuz if u miss their call, when you call back and the same person doesnt answer, their not gonna know what info to give you cuz they dont have everything on the computer. I guess their still like the stoneage. This place stinks and is really trashy looking!!!

Dr. Mary Manuel doesn't take the time to fully explain what is going on with your child. I knew something was wrong with my daughter and kept telling her that I wanted certain tests run but she just shrugged it off, saying my daughter would "grow out of it." Turns out - after several visits to the emergency room - Dr. Manuel was wrong and I was right. She doesn't seem as concerned about your children as she is about getting patients in and out as quickly as possible. Her office staff is rude and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Manuel has been my children's doctor for 15+ years. She is concerned, caring and most of all my children know that she is there to help them. They love her, we all do. I thank God for doctors who care about their patients and still have a passion for helping people.

Her office staff is very VERY rude and the doctor lets them get by with it.Dr manuel does slap babies in the face,I have experience that with my children on more than enough times. guess its a indian thing to do that? I didnt like it when my kids had fever or sick and she slaps them in the face. Her front office staff are lazy and it seems to bother them when you ask them to look into your child account. They will roll their eyes and moan right in front of you!!! NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

I am actually filinf a complaint against dr.Manuel for hitting my daughter in the face for crying. i am now having to file an appeal because she lied and had the case closed out.

I love that she's easy to get an appt. with, the waiting time is NEVER long, (which is wonderful when you have a child in a waiting room). She always smiles at my daughter, and talks to her, and gives her a hug! Very friendly!
