I believe I lucked out when I scheduled an appointment with Dr. McCormick. I am new to the New Orleans area and was looking for a primary care internist. I contacted the Oschner Clinic and Dr. McCormick was available at a convenient time. She was very thorough, good humored and friendly. I would not hesitate to return to see her or to recommend her to someone else. In addition, she referred me to others which I am very pleased with. Altogether my experience with Dr. McCormick and with Oschner has been positive. My only complaint is with Oschner - in some of its services it has somewhat of an "industrial medicine" feel.
