After being a patient for 3 years they have no clue who I am. I go in every 3 months and they still do not know me. I have a prescription that is delivered to them every 3 months as well. Not only do I have to act as the coordinator to get my prescription delivered but I also have to make sure the precription is good and they verify my insurance eligibility. Today was the final straw. I called to cancel my appointments since they wouldn't have my prescription in time and wasn't told a word. No apology. I made this appointment 3 months ago. I told the person that answered forget it and I would be changing doctors all together. Again no reaponse just an Ok and then they hung up. My insurance gets charged any where between $500-$700 per visit and I feel all they do is collect money and not provide actualu patient care. The office staff is terrible.

Mrs. McDonald saw me for the first time. The staff shoved a mask on me to test for COPD. No one talked to me first. Dr. spent no time with me, ran up the blood test, testing me for things I did not want or need. The IE doctor in general are horrible esp. this one, work part-time, overprescribe, test and don't treat patients properly or care. SAD!

Because I did not want to have a breast reconstruction; I was referred to a psychiatrist. I was not referred to have chemo. I was referred to a surgeon for pre-cancer only. I did it and the referred doctor cut me to the bone and I have nerve damage. She decided to have it reconstruction and told me the nerve damage will go away but it has been over 2 years. I have refused more surgery. I think she is working with surgeons so she gets something that is why I need a psychiatrist??? I changed doctors; I would not want anyone to have her. She is not really nice.
