Racist! Her and her husband called the black employees, black blobs, that they can use in the front office!

More interested in dictating to the patients instead of listening to their issues.

This doctor is awesome. She cares bout her paicients. She listens to u n works with u as long as I work with her.

This doctor is more concerned about pushing injections, procedures, etc. on you than helping with rehab or helping you get better. She has no personality and her husband works as the office manager in her office. She has almost an entire new staff every month that I saw her. The nurses would complain about the abuse they would deal with at the office every day by being asked to do menial tasks as vacuum the floors rather than deal with patients. Then when you finally refuse to take any more of her injection therapies because they don't help, she sends a mass letter clearing out the patients that don't generate the income she needs and seeks out new patients. A very shady experience.

The place is dirty, the staff is beyond rude and you wait well over an hour for your appointment.

she ask about ypur exercise ;;rogress and seems extremably caresoling about getting you up on your feet again, iknow it takes time and so does she. altogather, she seems to work with you and to care about your back. every part of it.

I have been a patient of Dr. McDonald for 6 months. She is the most caring and personable doctor I have ever seen. She is persistant and never gives up until there is improvment. My Orthopedic doctor was Dr Hodges and he did absolutely nothing for me. He has no personality and actually made my condition worse with epidurals. Dr McDonald and her staff are great.

Dr. McDonald is actually very good diagnosing and treating pain issues. The problem I have with her practice is that you only get to see her for the initial evaluation and one follow- up visit. Then for the next 3 appointments you usually only can get an appointment with her physician's assistants who are not nearly as skilled as Dr. McDonald. So you may see the doctor every 4 months even if you go monthly. The PA should be used if the patient's pain is managed/controlled, but if the patient is still having substantial pain, then they should be able to request an appointment with the doctor. If the doctor has not noted in your records to see her each time, her staff will not allow you to schedule an appointment with her. Also, they imput your medical info onto a laptop throughout your time with doctor or PA. Sometimes it is frustrating to be explaining your symptoms and have no eye contact with the person you are talking to because they are typing. I'm never really sure if they are… hearing me or not unless they comment or finally look at me.
