Dr. Mary Gonzales Mercado, MD

I am a doctor. I am also Dr. Mary Mercado's patient and as such I will offer my objective assessment of this physician/surgeon. Dr. Mercado is a professional, she is open, friendly, honest and she is very accessible and easy to speak with and she has always explained every facet of my care and diagnostic in full. Considering that she is a Cardiologist/Surgeon, I understand emergent situations can occur, nonetheless my wait time has always been extremely short. She is a humble physician and a great person. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of a cardiologist to, without reservations, see Dr. Mercado. You will be in great hands.

I found Dr. Mercado to have good bedside manner and would recommend her. She was thorough in her explanations and addressed my questions honestly. She placed me on a good path forward.

I had to get a new doctor for my father-in-law. His doctor (Dr.P) of many years would not come to the ER when he had blood pressure problems. He said to send him home. I'm like what??!! I said I needed a new doctor now. She was called in by the ER doctor. I liked her the moment I meet her. She is very nice and listens to your concerns. Her office staff is great too.
