Dr. Mary Amanda Pagnotto, MD

My teen daughter suffered from chronic fatigue and other doctors wrote it off as "too much instagram" or " usual teen stuff" but Dr. Mary was willing to listen to us. She ran testing, despite the official stance by the CDC, and diagnosed lyme. She called us on weekends, after hours, etc. - so that we could start treatment right away. She was amazing. My daughter is better, and since then we've learned of other kids who just have fatigue as a primary symptom of lyme. She ran the testing only because she listened to us telling her that something was wrong - and admitted the positive result shocked her. She did the testing anyway because she was open minded and took our concerns seriously. I'd give her a hundred stars if that was available.

Worst customer service ever!!! They prefer to loose a patient before recognizing a totally unreasonable charge!!! $183 for 2 applications of freezing spray on a plantar wart.
