Mary Placek, MD

I began seeing Dr Placek about eight years ago. She has treated me for various issues. I agree with the reviewer who says she looks for the cause rather than just jumping on quick relief of symptoms. She's very attentive and always gives me a chance to describe what's happening and is generally able to analyze my input, ask a few questions and come up with a plan. If there's any doubt at all she is quick to make referrals for tests or to see specialists. The only complaint I have is that she's so popular that it's hard to get in to see her on short notice.

I began seeing Dr Placek about four years ago. She has treated me for various issues. As another review stated she looks for the cause, is not satisfied treating the symptoms. This I appreciate very much. I moved to eastern OR, but after 6 months moved back as I had never given up Mary Placek as my Dr. in some cases she has diagnosed the problem but because of the potential for something more serious also sent me to cardiologist and neurologist. In most cases she has taken care of my problem on the first visit. She is intelligent, dedicated and actually listens to what you are saying. She works at keeping me well with great success.

Racist office - refused to see my wife after she had her 1st visit. Only interested in your money. We have insurance also. When asked for a reason - they would not provide any.

My multiple appointments have given me both cures and satisfaction. The Dr takes time to find out the problem. She treats the cause....not the symptom. Nursing staff and Office seem to work as a team with a common goal to help you! Two females and one male are satisfied with the treatments provided at this medical Clinic. Service with a smile!
