Dr. Mary A. Poole, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Poole for a very long time and I can say she is good...HOWEVER, she CAN have a sarcastic, defensive, and rude personality AT TIMES....which has me being rude and firm to her also...we do disagree on some issues. I guess I'm "comfortable " and "situated"...that's why I tolerate her all this time, BUT the day I get fed up, I'll find myself new blood....lol. ;)

Dr. Mary Poole is the worst doctor I’ve ever had! She doesn’t listen to your concerns and dismisses your concerns. As others have stated, she lectures you instead of actually helping you. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice, if you care about your health find another doctor. Please stay away!!!

Would give no star if I could. Went to doctor poole complaining about numerous sinus infections I've had over the years and I wanted a referral for an ENT. She refused. She said my problem is not anything to do with my sinuses, but that I touch my face too much. This was her first time meeting me and she had done no exam and had not been in the room for more than 5 minutes so I'm not sure how she came to this conclusion. After going back and forth, she reluctantly gave me the referral, but not before saying "even though you don't need it" and rolling her eyes. Unprofessional does not even begin to describe her. Not even 6 weeks later and I had to have SURGERY for my extremely deviated septum, enlarged turbinates and overall horrible breathing. The ENT said he does not know how anyone could've dismissed my problems, as my deviated septum was so severe he could see it externally. Dr. Poole is horrible and dismissive and rude. After one visit, I switched PCP's and refuse to see her. 1

I like Dr. Poole a lot. She is knowledgeable, careful with antibiotics and medication, researches when problems get tough and is very honest. I trust her.

Never in my life have I ever experienced a doctor with a worse bed side manner than Dr. Poole. Not only was I feeling judged the entire visit, she never gave me my prescription for my medicine before leaving. She left for the girl to come take my blood and never came back, never said nice to meet you. Disappeared! Unprofessional and honestly don’t know how she is still in practice.

One of the most arrogant, condescending persons out there. She used crude language with me.

Never have I been to a more arrogant, selfish, condescending doctor. She seems more interested in lecturing you than figuring out what's wrong. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. One hundred dollars for absolutely nothing!! Never again, the woman is a nightmare!!

Poole is horrid. Stay away. And to the previous poster, it IS factual to call someone the Devil when she is one. No question here. Stay away from her.

Very good doctor. Answers all your Questions and spends time with you explaining your illness and cures.

The rudest, most arrogant doctor I have ever been to!! What a waste of 100 dollars. Doesn't listen, doesn't care, but her attitude is just incredible Wouldn't go back to her if she was the last doctor on earth!! Unbielavably bad. Just stay far, far away!!!
