Dr. Mary Jo Shaver, MD

I find Dr. Shaver to be compassionate and understanding. She provides excellent treatment and has always been available when needed. She stays on top of patient care, fine tuning treatment to insure I have the best possible outcome.

I don't know if it's her or her staff but the protocol to get into this place is absolutely ludicrous ridiculous they want two years of medical records which I can't obtain one place is completely closed down I don't have them I have severe kidney issues being ignored because I can't fit their little game that they play the staff over there is rude I would never recommend this facility. I cannot believe how rude the staff is the Hoops you have to jump to get into this place I now have to leave the state with kidney failure because I can't get into somebody local Conway is in desperate Medical Care for the area especially when it comes to the kidneys you have very little to choose from and this place is no exception terrible runaway go to Little Rock or go out of state!

Office staff is rude. I would fire them all. Doctor is great. I do not know if doctor is aware of her staff's nastiness. If she is aware, then that speaks poorly of her. After a two hour drive, was 14 minutes late due to traffic. Immediately was told must reschedule. After a "scene" in office, staff finally said "Oh, if you want to wait, we can see you in an hour." The previous first and only visit we waited 45 minutes. We stayed. Saw doctor in 15 minutes. During visit, found out later that the excuse was they had children at home, and were wanting to close. In other words, the staff did not care about the patient, was more interested in going home.

She is one of the best doctors that our family have come across ever. She is timely, courteous, respectful and thorough. She knows her stuff.
