Dr. Mary K Gardner Skoch, MD

Dr Skoch has is one of the greatest Drs I've ever been to. I went to her as a teenager, then at 19 I had my daughter, if it wasn't for her, I do not know if My daughter would of gotten the amazing care she received. I had her on a Friday. Dr Skoch walked across the street And saw her, she noticed something wasn't right with her eye. she made a call and the next morning, Saturday, I had to be at the Cleveland clinic. Wow, I was lucky not only was Dr traboulsi there, a surgical opthalmologist, but a team of Drs happened to be there for something, they were from all around the world. Thank God it wasn't the tumor or anything to awful but because of Dr Skoch And her quick actions, my daughter had surgery and her eye works great with the other one even though she doesn't have her lence in the left one. Dr Skoch isn't surprised by anything you say, especially when you're a new mom. It makes you feel like you aren't the only one. But I've now had 3 kids And 1 pediatrician. I've had some hard… times and she never judged me or said anything except to be helpful.

I would give Dr. Skoch 10 stars if I could, I completely disagree with one of the previous comments regarding her bed side manner, it’s excellent. She has been seeing my son since he left the NICU and I feel truly grateful to have found her and receive her care. She is down to earth, calm, patient, and respectable. She listens calmly and perceptively. Her response is educated and communicated clearly. She has always left me feeling calm and helped when I leave the office. The office staff also receives 5 stars they do an amazing job communicating with children. They also get you in and out quickly.

Love her. She knows her stuff.

Dr. Skoch is knowledgeable, but her bedside manner is horrible. She never addresses my child directly and has not built a relationship with him in the three years that he has been going to her. We are looking for a better pediatrician. I suggest you do the same.
