Poor patient service, does not return urgent phone calls, takes several calls to her office to get anything accomplished, does not research medications prior to prescribing them to patients, does not take time to learn her patient. It's a shame that doctors like her are allowed to practice.

She has been my doctor over a year now she's very thorough very kind compassionate caring she takes her time she does not rush you she listens to any questions you have and she answers them by far the best doctor I've had in years

I am a diabetic.. Doctor Starling did not run a A1C on me for well over a year , but my last straw was when I called in on a Friday( I know it was short notice ) but I god them the importance of this ... She was out of one of her insulin, they never called back.. This is typical with office' you usually have to call 3-4 times to get anything done ...

My experience with Dr. Starling was always great. If I had not relocated I would still be using her. I was shocked that someone would give her a low rating, but then again their are people that are never going to be happy.
