Mary Tagle is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 9 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and older adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Mary specializes in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, grief, and major life transitions and completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology. Mary utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and child trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
