Dr. Mary Vankooten, MD

She is the most caring doctor ever. She cares about her patients and it is hard to find a doctor like that anymore . She listens and helped me when no one else would.

Dr. Vankooten and her office team is one of the things I like best about Bloomington. She listens and you never feel like a number. I always feel comfortable, looked after, and my time isn't wasted or taken for granted. She is empathetic and knowledgeable.

Ok I’m done with dr Van Kooten, I have been a patient of hers for a few years. If you can find a different doctor, it’s better to take your chances and find someone else. Don’t even try to go to her if you have pain issues. Sometimes I seriously worry if she even knows what she’s talking about.

Outstanding and did a great job. Dr. Van Kooten is very good and personable and listened to each of my questions and was more than happy to spend the time to answer all of them

I felt at ease with DR. M. Vankooten from my very first visit. We went over all my history and the medication I was on from my old provider. She & her staff are awesome.

Talks, does not listen. Recommended fad diet. I do not trust her judgement.
