Dr. Mary Weatherby

Mary Weatherby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 28 years of experience in the mental health and medical social work fields. She is passionate about helping adults young and old address overwhelming challenges so they may experience greater life satisfaction. Mary works in an outpatient setting with heart failure and palliative care adults. Mary specializes in stress management, anxiety, depression, coping skills, self-esteem, and women's issues. Mary completed her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mary is a Certified Clinical Social Worker in Mechanical Circulatory Support. She utilizes an eclectic blend of therapeutic approaches which includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing as well as person-centered, psychoanalytic, and solution-focused therapies.
