Dr. White and her staff have a done a great job treating me.

I had my first encounter with Dr. White office and services when my mother began using her after moving here from AZ. She was treated with the greatest deal of respect and professionalism. The Dr. and the staff did a great job checking her feet and trimming her nails. We were both were very impressed and Mom has a standard appointment for her foot care. I thought I could also use the services for my foot care, a great decision. Now I have been a patient of Dr. White and her staff now for nearly a year and have had no issues at all, keep up the great work.

Dr. White is very friendly and provides excellent service. She immediately attends to any concerns. Her staff is prompt, courteous and does a wonderful job. I always have a happy experience and my feet look and feel so great!

When I went to Dr Mary White in May of 2018 with both feet hurting to the point of causing issues with daily life. Dr. White diagnosed me with plantarfasciitis along with flat feet (which I have always had). She suggested new orthotics. They were made with no x-rays taken during any visit. I was told to do these exercises which she gave me a copied page of exercises for plantarfasciitis and stretching and to wear the proper shoes that had proper support. Here's the story in condinced version(after receiving my orthotics): * I called three times in a 3 week period to explain the pain.. and still was told to keep wearing orthotics to get use to them and do exercises. * I suggested MRI, she suggested laser treatments in her office ( I had one treatment). Total trips back to office 5 times after recieving new orthotics, just trying to get answers! On one of my visit Dr White diagnosed neuroma which I never heard about on the first exam with the fasciitis diagnosis. * I… asked if they could be made wrong. No..and was told keep wearing them, I have to get use to them, that my feet were really bad and told to keep doing stretching exercises and I did them religiously! After that 5th visit I quit wearing them and bought inserts at a local shoe store.. FINALLY RELIEF!! I was desperate!! After 5 months with Dr White I went to a different Podiatrist (for a second oppion). NO plantarfasciitis, I have radically flat feet, and neuroma. By then I could bairly hobble around. The new Dr ran x-rays my first visit.. They did make a new pair of orthotics, totally different that the ones previously made by Dr White. These orthotics were a success (with my left foot) but not my right foot. I suggested to do a MRI and only then was it found that I have a TEAR in my tendon!! So after spending hundreds of dollars in orthotics and now almost a year trying to get to the bottom of the pain! I am NOW in a Boot for 6 weeks to heal (hopefully). Moral of story: TRUST YOUR INNER PERSON! ADVOCATE for yourself!! Find a Doctor that LISTENS and HEAR'S what you are saying! ONE last thing .... it maybe more than Orthotics !!!!!
