Dr. Mary Margaret Winnett, MD

She was defensive and condescending during the appointment. She was not my primary, I could not get in to see them at the time and was out of a medication. She questioned a dosage change which I happily explained. When I called in a refill, she incorrectly filled it on 3 separate occasions. I brought up the mistake to her and the clinic but it was not acknowledged clearly as she kept refilling in incorrectly. If I had it corrected it would have come out of my pocket. She took no sort of responsibility for the mistake. The error was deflected and updated only to occur again for my next call in. My experience of her showed a horrible bedside manner and defensive responses. She was not on top of my chart, her negligence caused me additional money and time.

Excellent Dr., she takes so much time explaining and listening to my issues.
