Rude, rude rude, giving patient false hope! Lies!

I saw Dr. Molo for the first time after a relocation to Chicago for work, a big life change/adjustment and at a time in my life where stress and uncertaintly was at an all time high. I also have PCOS which complicated things even further. Her staff were welcoming, kind and attentive. I was seen say almost right away and I did not waste any time during my appointment. Walked away feeling confident in our plan and having more peace of mind in my proactive fertility planning. If you suffer from PCOS or suspect it and want to be proactive with your health, I highly recommend her. I also recommend a fertility assessment to understand your current state and plan for the future. Am so happy I took the time to see her.

I felt like Dr. Molo had too many patients to really individualize my care. She has Nurse practitioners speak on her behalf, who seem to be in a rush half the time. If you ask to speak to the physician, you're never able to get her. The process of diagnosis is very slow, and the reason for procedures, and the results are not explained well. Every woman that walks in there looks for hope. The nurses and staff sees things as their every day job. They do not realize that sometimes, you do not talk their language, or that just the process of just being in the office is a difficult one for some of us, because just being there reminds you of what you can't have. This experience was a difficult one for me and i'm very disappointed with my service. Will be going elsewhere.

Dr. Wood-Molo and her staff are wonderful, caring people. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone who is trying to conceive or have female issues. Lovely, lovely person inside and out! Dr. Wood-Molo and her staff made me feel welcome and that to me is what practicing good medicine is about.

Dr. Mary wood-molo helped me get pregnant a second time. I always felt safe working with her and the nurses. Yes they are a very, very busy office and everybody works diligently. All of my phone calls were returned in a timely fashion and the office hours were great. I can not express how thankful and blessed to have received these services. Infertility is no joke and creates a ton of stress. Anybody in these shoes understands. anybody that goes here is in excellent hands.

I understand many people's complaints, but I have had an overall amazing experience with Dr. Wood-Molo and am still under her care. She is thoughtful and caring. The front desk staff is helpful and pleasant. I have had negative feelings about one of the nurses (not saying name] in the past because I was feeling frustrated and neglected, but we worked it out. Renee, Lori and the staff who conduct the ultrasounds and showed me how to give myself shots are attentive and supportive. They listen and answer questions. I have had pleasant chats with all and they make me feel comfortable. While this office is a private company within the walls of Rush, Rush is a teaching hospital. Why should you be surprised that other interns would be in meetings? I want them there to see a great example of a doctor in action. Also, the company that does the blood draws is a separate contracted out company at Rush - Dr. W-M's office has no ability to hire/fire those people. (I know that because I asked about… changing staff once while I was having a blood draw) I have had some good and some okay phlebotomists, but that is not an issue that I reflect back on the doctor. Yes, I think you have to call and ask questions and check on your insurance. Yes, I have had to wait on occasion but not often. They are a popular, busy place and are adjusting to this and improving over the course of the year I have been working with them. Do I want to rip apart the doctor on this review and frighten others from going to an amazing women who truly cares and has educated and comforted and empowered me and my husband because of some frustration or misunderstandings - NO. We are all responsible for our health care - the questions we ask, the expectations we have. Ask those questions up front and know what is or isn't acceptable to you. But will you find a better doctor elsewhere, possibly not.

Doctor Wood-Molo is a smart, compassionate person. She was so wonderful to me and my husband as we went through years of fertility problems. She helped us understand all of our options and guided us through to make the best decision to get us a baby. She gave us our son who brings us so much joy every day! She cries with you, laughs with you but, ultimately, she is very focused on helping women/couples have a child. She is consistently a Chicago Top Doctor for a reason. She gets results. We have a little guy to prove it! =) For those who commented about her staff and office, I would honestly say Dr. Wood-Molo is worth it!

Dr. Wood-Molo is an exceptional dr. And is the best in her profession. However, her staff sucks!!!!! Her two head nurses, pat & Renee are morons. Renee in particular is a condescending, unprofessional office worker who thinks she is the actual dr. She could drive anyone crazy. Dr. Would/Molo is worth your time, money and in my experience she will provide you with the end result. A beautiful baby, but be prepared to deal with office idiots.

Dr. Molo will win you over with her seemingly caring attitude. That is once you finally get an appointment. I waited anywhere from 1 to 2 hours to meet with her for my scheduled appointment. The nurses are rude and run the office. Most of the time the left doesn't know what the right hand is doing. In other words, one nurse will tell you one thing, the other another or they may simply forget to tell you something vital. Dr. Molo will bring residents in the appointment with you and she will not ask your permission. She will will not introduce them. When I showed up for a horrible procedure ordered by her she neglected to tell me that a resident was performing the procedure. I should have left when I initially waited 2 hours to see her. If you want to find out what is wrong with you and actually get somewhere, go somewhere else. Unprofessional and absolutely horrible. have fun getting your blood drawn too.What a peach!
