Dr. Mary L Zervos, DO

I have seen all doctors in the practice in which Dr Zervos works for and will do everything I can to never have her see my child again. She spoke over me and my husband when we were trying to address some issues we we're having with our baby. She treated us both like our concerns were foolish despite my husband and I both working in the medical field and recognized there was a problem with our daughter. She did not allow a chance to ask questions for she walked out of the exam room mid appointment. My husband and I almost left the practice right then and there for a new one, but luckily the remaining physicians and even the NP have been phenomenal. Sadly, she lacks professionalism and compassion and definitely should not be working with children.

Office staff very friendly however this specific doctor blew us off. We went with concerns about our baby and the appointment lasted 7 minutes. She ignored our concerns, did not answer questions, and left us feeling more confused than prior to the appointment, which sadly left our baby undiagnosed for an additional 10 days. She spoke in way that was condescending and did not do well to boost our confidence in her care. Have since seen other doctors in this group who have listened and addressed the issues with our baby.

I would not recommend for any child care goes to this doctor. No parental care when you are discussing about child wellness. she is trying to insist and wants you to visit frequently. No one knows the exact policies in the hospital, front office is not at all customer oriented rather insurance or other things.

Dr. Zervos's back office staff seems rather professional; the front office staff is in to much of a state of chaos to speak with patients, frequently interupting their conversations with patients to talk to one another and seem more concerned about office policies and insurance coverage than patient welfare. Dr. Zervos may be a cautious doctor, but comes off as condescending to parents and has a hard time looking at parents in the face. She does not make a new parent feel confident in himself or the doctor.
