Dr. Maryam Ayaz, MD

This doctor snd staff are unprofessional. Spoke to Christa who answered the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. Said because I was no longer in the hospital under Dr. Ayaz care she couldn’t fill out my paperwork for my HR THAT WAS IN MY CHART THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE! And when the doctor did see me in the hospital she seemed unknowledgeable and did not seem patient friendly. The other doctors and nurses at St David’s main was great. I worked as a nurse and made sure my doctor’s patients were taken care of including their forms. I was told this doctor doesn’t have a nurse because she’s a hospitalist. This is absurd display of professionalism. I understand paperwork is last on their list but when asked REPEATEDLY WHILE I WAS AT THR HOSPITAL TO COMPLETE MY FORMS I WAS NEVER TOLD I HAVE TO HAVE A PCP fill them out. Only now since it is at their convenience. Do NOT see this doctor.

I would be dead today if I didn't fire Dr. Ayaz and get a better Dr. DO NOT ALLOW THIS DR. TO TREAT YOU! Inexperienced, God-like syndrome, incompetent, inaccurate diagnosis, ridiculing when questioned.
