Dr. Maryam Gul, MD

I saw Dr. Gul in Hanover. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor spent time explaining my problem in a way that was easy for me to understand. She answered all my questions, and I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I had a nagging cough. She had me try several medications which did not help. After about the 4th visit she told me that she couldn't help me. She just left me hanging. Didn't recommend another doctor or other options. She just wiped her hands clean of me. I couldn't believe what she said to me. Never in my 69 years has a doctor told me that they couldn't help me. Didn't like her personality, either. She talked down to me. Like I didn't understand what she was saying. One of the worst doctors I have ever came in contact with.

She was 45 minutes late, offered no explanation or apology. Didn't do a pulmonary function test or examine me in any way until the last 10 minutes of my visit. Then only a quick listen with stethoscope front and back of my breathing. I won't see her again.
