Dr. Maryam Ezadi Khakpour

Over a year ago I had an appointment for my son at this office. The timing was going to be tight to get him there after school, but we did break neck speeds and got there on time only to be told his appointment had been moved. The receptionist LIED and said that I had changed the appointment when I knew darn well that I didn't. None the less, we came back at the time they had changed us to. We changed insurance companies and with that changed dental offices almost a year ago now. But out of the blue I started getting text messages that THEY scheduled an appointment for me for today at 10:30. I DID NOT schedule this, why would I? They took it upon themselves to schedule me for a dental visit. I have NEVER had any place schedule me for an appointment without consulting me. In fact I always have to call to schedule an appointment for anything medical related. So I ignored this fake appointment. Just now I received a phone call from the receptionist telling me that I had an… appointment that I missed. I asked her did I make that appointment? She then bold face lied to me and said yes I did. I called her on it and told her was a lie that I have been seeing another dentist for almost a year now and that I didn't make this appointment, she did. She then told me that if I was having a bad day I shouldn't take it out on other people, told me I had a bad attitude and that they didn't need me in the office with that attitude so I should go somewhere else. And then she hung up on me. I would never go to this place again unless they fired that woman.
