Dr Bhat has been our family doctor for over 16 years. She has always been very courteous, professional, and shows concern over the health of our family. I have never come away feeling like she was trying to "up the dollar" amount as one of the reviewers stated. Actually when my insurance changed and I explained to her how I had to pay more out of pocket she tried to help us find cheaper alternatives. So speak up , don't assume that she knows what is going on in your life. As to the front counter folks, I will agree that there has been frequent changes but that has only been in the last couple years and the rest of the staff is great.

Dr. Bhat has been our family doctor for over 16 years. Awesome doctor and staff. Proactive in your treatment. She has called our house in the evening to discuss test results. We have recommended her to other family members and they are as satisfied as we are.

Dr Bhat has been our family physician for over 16 years. She is very attentive to your needs and always willing to explain anything that you might have questions about. Others have mentioned they have had issues with the staff, but the current nurses are thorough and courteous.

This doctor completely disregards the financial needs of her patients. It is clear, when she prescribes meds, she is receiving kick backs from manufacturers. She seems amazingly attentive to elderly patients, I suspect her thought to primarily to be how she can run up the bill to medicare and the insurance companies. Her staff is as dismissive and Condescending as she is.

She has been my doctor for a few years and she will discuss with you, differene options. Always treats you with respect. Involves you in yur treatment and is never condecending or rude. Is sympathetic and understanding and hre bedside manner is impecible.

Dr. Bhat is a very caring person and doctor, but the office staff has deteriorated severely over the past two years. The nurses are all very kind and helpful, but the front window personnel and billing are very rude. I have had several instances where they double bill for services and are very rude when you call. Customer satisfaction is last on their list at the front of the office, but once you get to see the doctor she is actually pretty decent.

She is wonderful! Always has time to listen and talk; interested in your well-being both physical and emotional. Definitely the best physician i've encountered in my 64 years of living!
