Dr. Mary Ann Kuzma, MD

She does not have a good bedside manner and gaslights me regarding actual conditions I have been diagnosed with. Do not waste your time!

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Kuzma. I asked for a basic blood work during my annual checkup to be done and first thing Dr. Kuzma told me is that insurance is not going to pay for it so she will not be ordering it. She was more concerned to receive money from the insurance company, my health was secondary. I said, I will pay out of pocket, but I need to get it done because I have thyroid problems since I was 14. She replied that she will not be wasting lab resources on me. She was rude and unprofessional. Every time I was trying to address another health concern, I was interrupted in a very unpleasant manner and gaslighted that I am a healthy individual and do not have health issues. I did not feel safe with her in the room. She spoke in a raised voice, and I felt threatened. At the end she stormed out of the room and told the staff very unpleasant things about me. She cancelled the visit without providing a service. If you care about your health, please save yourself time and… money and go to another doctor. This doctor doesn’t care about patients’ health, unfortunately.

Dr. Mary Ann Kuzma is only good for Mucinex, a germ mask or referrals. As a physician I would not recommend.

Overall she is a thorough Dr. I've been with the practice 6/7 years, I have no complaints.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Kuzma and I was very impressed. She took her time getting to know me and my medical history. Overall, a great first impression.

Dr Kuzma inherited me as a patient when my doctor retired. For the next two years, I found she and her staff to be extremely unprofessional, failing to return phone calls, failing to prioritize me when I needed immediate medical care. There were even many billing mistakes and they would not return calls to remedy them. There was even one time where they billed my insurance for a service that was not provided. Being a patient in this clinic under the care of Dr. Kuzma has been a nighmare and I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. Do youself a favor and do not see this doctor for care.
