Dr. Marydonna Ravasio, DO

Dr. Ravasio not only saved my life in an emergency, which started my relationship with her, but she has been nothing short of a wonderful doctor to me. My mom switched to her as well. She takes time with you, (which, yes, may result in longer waits) but she is thorough and understanding in her answers to questions. Love her!

I have been to Dr Ravasio three times and waited one to two HOURS to see her. When I mentioned that to her, she was very Condescending.

Dr. Ravasio is an amazing Dr! She takes the time to listen and always goes above and beyond. She is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT!! Can't say enough good things about her!!!!

I have gone to this practice for the last 7 years or so, and have not been disappointed with any of the care/treatment from Dr. Ravasio and Dr. Curtin. They are very thorough and caring.

I was 19 weeks pregnant with baby number four. After finding out my baby had no heart beat on Tuesday I decided to have an induction to be able to start the healing process of losing my baby. This is my second loss as my first born only lived for three days. My homebirth midwife called butler memorial hospital on Friday and asked if I could come in Saturday to be induced. I went in Saturday and Dr Ravasio (who screamed at my midwife over the phone moments before) walked into my room after my ultrasound of confirmation of fetal demise and proceeded to tell me how this was inconvenient to her schedule to come in on a Saturday and, although I had physical symptoms of bloody show and consistent cramping, she refused my care. She then proceeded to tell me no ob would induce me until Monday unless I was bleeding out. She treated Me like dirt and then walked out of my room. No compassion. No care. Just a mess up in scheduling for her Saturday. Just for the record, I imediately walked out and… went to magees in Pittsburgh. I was treated with nothing but compassion and was induced that same day. If there was a way to give zero stars or negative stars I would. This woman has no business in this profession. If you can't treat a grieving mother with kindness I can only imagine how you treat a standard patient. It's a shame anyone with such a careless attitude has anything to do with such a beautiful profession.

Dr. Ravasio is not my Ob/Gyn but was on call when I needed emergency surgery. She did an outstanding job and my own Dr. was very pleased with how and what she did. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Ravasio is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took her time and was extremely down to earth and thorough in her questioning. I would recommend her to anyone that wants a doctor who actually listens when you talk.

Bedside manner is best ever of any gyno!Takes time necessary and explains things such that I can understand issue.Caring and warm.
