I came to this practice because I had sprained my ankles, one badly enough that I was given a boot. I was seen by Mary Jo Holloran. I have never been treated with such disrespect by someone with such a low standard of professionalism in my entire life. Nothing I've ever experienced in a doctors office in my 30 years of existence has Coe. close. This provider was extremely rude and uncaring and repeatedly told me to "stop making myself a victim" when I asked her basic questions about my injuries such as how to navigate stairs and how to take care of my injuries. She made me feel like I was nobody and like I didn't deserve to access healthcare for my injuries. She prescribed me a boot, and the staff who gave me the medical equipment were phenomenal, but due to the blatant disrespect and level of unprofessionalism I experienced with Mary Jo Holloran, when I was nothing but respectful to her, I will never go back to this clinic and I highly recommend anyone reading this steer clear as… well.
