DR CLEMENTS AND HER OFFICE HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL TO ME, MY HUSBAND AND MY SISTER. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE

I made an appointment for my mom’s blood test to determine her calcium level. On the day of the appointment, I called the office to verify the procedure under COVID-19 and was informed I wouldn’t be allowed in the office, only patients. I waited for over an hour and half. I called the office and they told me the delay was because my mom was asking questions. My mom finally came out and she told me they administered the prolia shot. I called the office to find out why they administered the shot. They called me back and I spoke to the office manager. That is when I learned the wait was due to blood test results being faxed from her GP. Those tests were for pre op determination. I explained the surgeon would need to okay the shot since the surgery was weeks away. The manager was unsympathetic and rude. She said my mom should find another doctor.

Dr. Clements was the light at the end of my tunnel. I have been suffering for over 25 years with the same symptoms, receiving abundant prescriptions for “pain relief”. As her patient for approximately two years now, I can solidly say her professionalism, empathy and pain management recommendations are stellar. She is clearly head and shoulders above her peers and fully understands how pain management can become the focal point of someone’s life. Although she is unable to perform magic, my life under her care is nothing short of remarkable and for that I am very, very grateful. The office staffing is exceptional! Always courteous, caring and understanding. From reception to departure, there is always a kind word and a smile. It takes a special team to truly understand how awful and painful life can sometimes be. Dr. Clements, with a superb staff, has me on the road to “normal” with a debt of gratitude.

Dr. Clements has a horrible attitude. She acts like she is God. When I rightfully complained about a complete screwup by her staff she got nasty with me and refused to see me again acting like it was my fault! I think she has a serious mental disorder and should be avoided at all costs.

Dr. Clements was kind and thorough. She takes time with her patients so I don't mind waiting.

I have been seeing Dr. Clements for about 10 years. In all that time I never once had a problem with her or felt she was rushing me out. I do not know how she could get any 1.0 on a review. She has also seen my wife with great success. She is smart and cares. She also takes her time and that may mean a longer wait but when it is your turn you will get what you need.

Rude, uncaring and uninvolved. Really had no time or interest in my situation

If you are just looking for a Dr that will give you an Rx for almost anything, then you have come to the right person.

After years of struggling with debilitating pain, Dr. Clements was able to diagnose me correctly and from there get me the treatment I needed. Feel like a new woman.

Went to see her about crippling fatigue and joint pain. She ran typical blood tests, but never called me back. I ended up calling her because I was getting worse. Told me all results were normal and refered me to a pain clinic, she dropped me as a patient. Wouldn't release a copy of blood work to me even in person. Finally got bloodtest copy and it was not normal, positive for autoimmune disease and Quest suggested that she run more tests. She also did not run the blood through my insurance like she said she would and I ended up with a large bill for my waste of time. Horrible doctor, would not recommend to anyone
