Maryrose Waters

I would give Maryrose Waters a 0 star review if it was possible. I came to her this past Friday because my doctor, Dr. Ross, was in surgery for the whole day. I had never met her, but have a 5-6 year on-going battle with diverticulitis. She refused to listen to me, sent me out of the patient room with a prescription for a CT scan, knowing full well that if the office does not call to speed up a prior authorization for a CT scan, I would not be scheduled for over a week. She refused to prescribe an antibiotic knowing that within a day or two this bout of diverticulitis could turn into Sepsis. She sent me to a hospital and lied to the office coordinator saying I left the room refusing blood work, which would not and never did happen. Please do not make an appt. with this NP. Although I love Dr. Ross, my gastroenterologist, I will have to leave the practice in the event I ever have an emergency like I did Friday and would have to deal with her again. She refused a simple antibiotic to… me, and because of this, I spent 7 hours in an emergency room in Plainview where they treated me for diverticulitis and gave me an antibiotic, all bc she refused to listen to me and then lied about me because the coordinator questioned her when I returned and requested they help me with a prior authorization (which MaryRose Walters should have done to begin with).
