Dr. Masa is an amazing Doctor. I had a fear of Drs until I met Dr. Masa at Theodosia. There was just something about the time he took to really understand the symptoms & order care I needed. He won my trust as he treated all my ailments thoroughly. His sincerity really helped me overcome my fear of Drs. I was very satisfied with all of Dr. Masa's nurses and office staff.

I was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. Dr. Masa took the time off from his lunch break to talk to me and give me hope what my family and I can do. It's nice to know there is someone who cares from a doctor. Thank you Dr. Masa from the bottom of my heart.

I found Dr. Masa to be very knowledgeable and assertive, which I really appreciated. He had his opinions and stated them, which from experience a lot of doctors tend to hold back on, but he spoke his mind, while still leaving me with the power to makeup my own decision on next steps.

Ok so I know the price isn't cheap but then I figured my health is the most important thing so why risk it? Turns out Dr. Masa was worth every penny. I have had him as my primary care doctor for few years and would never change it. I first saw him for a severe medical problem in 2017 and not only was he punctual and knowledgeable, but he also had a perfect bedside manner. He was caring and followed up to check on my physical and mental state given the severity of my diagnosis. I have stayed faithful to him ever since and have never been disappointed. It is also worth mentioning that he is always reading the most up to date medical journals. It comforts me to know he makes it a point to stay current with the ever changing field of medicine. Basically, if you can't tell, I am a HUGE fan of Dr. Masa and his staff and encourage anyone who cares about their health to invest in him.

Thank you for being my doctor. I always feel comfortable with your smart and intuitive approach of handling my medical needs. Your compassionate approach is welcoming as is the direct approach of taking care of me. Your office has a wonderful staff .

Came here as it was one of the few local clinic that accepts my insurance. My young daughter had been see the day before at a hospital and told by their doctor she didn't have the flu. Well, that didn't sit well with me so I opted to get a second opinion and came to Theodosia clinic to get a flu test done. Lo and behold, my daughter did have influenza! The staff was extremely courteous and the wait wasn't long even when we didn't have an appointment. The doctor wasn't pushy with the Tamiflu medication (we opted out) and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I would highly recommend this facility!

When you're in an emergency, its good to know you have a clinic open nearby. Wish the pharmacy was open.

I cannot speak highly enough about the team of doctors and staff available but specifically about my PCP Dr. Masa. He is caring, knowledgeable and modern-thinking. I had a slew of medical issues this past year and as little as I enjoy going to the doctor, it was always a quick, conveniently-scheduled and prompt visit. I got the RX I needed and the attention my ailments required.

Dr. Masa is the best. His practice is conveniently located in the middle of the village, and I've been going to him for close to 3 years now. He is straightforward, no nonsense, takes care of business and sends you on your way. And the best part is how they work you in for walk-ins if you're having a problem. It always amazes me to hear my friends talk about how their doctors won't see them without an advance appointment. I have never had a problem getting a walk-in visit if I needed one: I just call, the nurse tells me what time to show up, done. Heck he just recently stitched my right finger the other day.

I was very impressed with Dr. Masa and his staff, which appears to be properly trained and well managed. They are good listeners, very organized and polite. His office is busy but they assure that the patient does not feel rushed through my appointment. Concise but with just enough detail, which is the way it should be. Dr. Masa has excellent bedside manner, and appears to care about his patients. These days, a lot of doctors really don't but he is an exception.
