Doesn’t pay attention to his patients needs just wants to do surgery. Will not return phone calls. Poor choice as an Ortho.

I liked that he took a conservative approach and maximized nonsurgical options for my knee.

He is a excellent Dr.. helped my husband with his foot..

I found him to be single focused. Didn't ask about my history, or willingness to discuss alternatives to carpel tunnel surgery. Didn't discuss PT for before or after. I am unsure about continuing to allow him to do my surgery.

Excellent surgeon. Excellent care. Used him twice for Knee and Hip Replacements.

Dr Stilwell reviewed my condition in-depth and after 6 weeks post surgery I have full mobility and working on building strength. Surprised at the lack of pain I anticipated. Just schedule my other knee. In both cases my condition was bone on bone. The whole experience with both Dr Stilwell and the Guthrie Group was a pleasant experience.

Delt with "quack" Rheumatologists for several years. After one recommended a barbaric surgery option, I fired him and saw Stilwel. He found the problem and nailed it! Finally a Dr that knows his stuff!

Frustrating and difficult to talk with, Dr. Mason would not engage in discusion of benefits and disadvantages of treatment options. I am well informed but needing advice and he was politely dismissive of all my questions about surgery versus other treatments for hip pain.
