Dr Pietrantoni is awesome. He has given me great care and I trust him to continue doing so in the future. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly too.

I started seeing Dr Pietrantoni for an foot injury a few years ago. He quickly saw a stress fracture and put in in a boot. It heeled with no problem. A couple months ago again an injury to my foot and I of course went right back to him. Dr Pietrantoni cares about his patients and thoroughly explains what's going on. He is easy to talk to. Easy to make appointments and follow up. His staff is friendly and welcoming too! I highly recommend him if you have foot issues.

I started seeing Dr. Pietrantoni at the Brighton office a year ago to treat my severe plantar fasciitis after suffering in pain for several years. Appointments were easy to make and always had availability to get me in quickly. After multiple different treatment options, I am completely pain free and so thankful for him and his staff. It has truly been life changing and I highly recommend anyone to come to this office!

I have been having achilles pain on my left for a few months. Dr. Pietrantoni took his time and addressed the issue. I can now say I am pain free! Thank you for all your help Dr. Pietrantoni! I will definitely tell all my family and friends about Rochester Podiatry.

My sense is that he’s an angry person. He seemed annoyed that I had multiple foot issues and refused to evaluate my most pressing issue (pain) and opted instead to treat wart issue. When I brought up issue with pain in both feet and heels he just would say “boy you’ve got a lot going on” but didn’t seem to want to address more than the simple to treat issue. I’m still in pain and just gave up after multiple visits and trying to push him to address or even take time to evaluate my issue in a sustained way. His own X-rays showed plantar fasciitis with bone Spurs and a heel bump. Complained of Achilles’ tendon pain and tingling along the heel and Achilles but he dismissed it. Kept treating wart (easy co-pay for him) and he was clearly annoyed when I brought up the pain issue. Multiple visits later (and lots of co-pays for wart treatment) I still have unresolved foot pain. He never said , we can only treat one issue per co-pay visit so what do I want to focus on. Instead, he… seemed to choose for himself to focus on just the wart without telling me he was making this choice. He was annoyed when I would bring up what was for me my most pressing issue, pain... not a cosmetic wart. I should have said to forget the wart and focus on my issues with pain but it wasn’t like he said choose one. Instead, he just zoned in on the simple issue and , over time, I realized he was unwilling to really engage the other issue. (He only discovered the heel bump when I insisted he look again at my X-rays but then never really offered treatment suggestions.). So frustrating and expensive and , though others seem to have had good experience, mine was ultimately one that was dismissive, even marked by an underlying hostility.

Based on the rating I had made one office visit with Dr Pietrantoni. I don’t know how he got such high mark! But here is my experience with his practice and you can be your judge: - Long waiting with no obvious reason: I arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. His office had only 3 persons @ that time - himself, his office assistance & myself. I was siting on the char for about 35 minutes before he looked at my foot. - He cut me off 7 out of 10 times when I trying to tell him something about my foot. - When I left, he only told me to go take an x-ray. When I asked if he can give any prescription for the pain & inflammation, he refused, instead he sold me a tube of BENGAY like rub from the receptionist’s counter. - I took the x-ray the next day. I waited 10 days without hearing any thing from his office (nether did my primary care), I called & left message for them to call me about the x-ray. I heard nothing after 24 hours. I called again, and this time I was told to… wait until the follow-up (another 15 days!) in order to learn about the result of the x-ray! - I asked the receptionist to cancel my follow-up with him. I don’t ever want to visit his office again!
