Dr. Mateusz Zagata, MD

Having recently moved to Venice I needed to find a new primary Doctor. Dr Zagata was recommend to by one of his patient. I found Dr. Zagata open to hearing me and he made a part of the process in dealing with my issue. I have visited him on several other time and feel my relation with him continues to grow!

Dr Zagata is the primary care doctor for my elderly parents. Dr Zagata and his office staff are very helpful, caring, knowledgeable and always take the time to provide excellent care. We are all so thankful for everyone at this office.

I could not even get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I needed a doctor but could not speak to anyone. Was on the phone for five minutes waiting before I changed my mind. !!’ You can’t have a doc you can’t reach.

Refers you out to many docs. Doesn't listen.

WAIT time depends; if you have an appointment, or if you enter the Emergency Care operation. Both times are acceptable.

As my first time in the clinic I didn't expect such a speedy service. Dr. Zagata was pleasant, informative, took his time to explain all the details I wanted and overall provided me with great care. I left his office with a feeling that I am in good hands. All-star rating from me!

This was my first time seeing Dr Zagata at UW Health, and it was a very pleasant experience. I was scheduled for a 30 minute time slot, but I had several medical concerns that I wanted addressed, and Dr Zagata actually took 90 minutes helping me with all my questions & concerns. He was professional and very kind. He made my visit one of the best doctor visits I've had. I'd definitely refer him to my friends & family. Great bedside manner.
