Dr.Gnirke is an excellent diagnostician . I've seen him for many years and now he's at a loss of what to do with my L2-S1 fusions. We've exhausted all my epidural efficiencies. The conclusion is I probably need my lower hardware removed from L4/5/S. I commend him for his perseverance with me for oh so many years! He's the best physiatrist in the valley, hands down!

Dr. Gnirke and PA Cora had a challenging morning due to computer issues. I was made aware of the problems by the intake staff, and communicated with regularly. Despite the disruption to the schedule and technical glitches, both providers pursued creative options to access my MRI, patiently discussed my treatment options, and administered pain relieving injections. Their calm, caring, and professional demeanors de-escalated the stress of the circumstances. I am very grateful for their care.
