when I refused to make a special appointment to review my lab work the front staff decided to cancel my actual appointment so today I show up in the office and look like a fool just because they are mean and spiteful the front desk clerk actually told me to quote do what I got to do when I was explaining why I didn't need to make a special appointment just to review lab work and that I was perfectly willing to wait until the normal appointment. what a tremendous disappointment I cannot believe that I got such a glowing referral for this doctor to have it turn out to be an absolute disaster.

The wait is usually to long and once you go to your appointment expect to sit in the waiting room for a while. Yet he's worth it because he listens to all your concerns.

I Have been a patient of Dr. M. Jacobson since her walked out of school. I love him!!! He takes time to get to know you and what is going on in your life. I have transferred my aging mom to him and his office. He has worked with her and me to help get her off all the extra meds that the pill pusher put her on. Dr. J as I call him has been a wonderful support and doctor for me. I have a few deceases that are painful and time consuming, but he never turns me away or pushes me out the door with out helping me. if you are looking for a caring, supportive and extremely intelligent doctor I suggest Dr. M. Jacobson. he is not a pill pusher he is a fixer of the mind and body.
