Dr. Schaeffer took time to show me what was happening, developed a plan, and explained what I could expect. I appreciate the time he took with me!

Dr.schaeffer was very informative and knowledgeable. The only downside of the appointment is that we have to return tomorrow to see a scheduler named Jackie Wright. It would be so much easier to do a televisit to schedule his procedure. We live an hour away..

Dr. Schaeffer is very professional and dedicated physician. Even though the X-rays showed deterioration of my spinal arthritis status, he provided options for me to consider on how to control my pain and exercises. His caring attitude made the health news a bit easier to accept.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and when Dr. Schaeffer saw me, he spent less than 10 minutes with me. He rattled off a bunch of instructions then left. He normally has great reviews for spending time with patients and patiently discussing their situation, I haven't had that experience with him, hopefully next time.

Excellent review of my situation and offering of the best option available. Discussion was two way and Dr Schaeffer listened to my point of view. Only the beginning but excited to see where it goes.

I felt rushed in my visit and didn't get to ask all of my questions, everyone was in a hurry. I also felt mocked/embarrassed on how I stand with arthritis and spinal stenosis because Dr. Schaeffer showed me 2-3 times how I stand. I can't help it and I went to him to help my pain, not make me feel worse about myself.

Dr Schaeffer has been my Dr since 2008. I will buy not see anyone else fir my back. He always explains what is happening and gives a complete explanation of what has to be done. Best Dr Ever!
