Dr. Matteo Castelluzzo, MD

Great doctor. He always takes time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The wait in the waiting room decreased significantly compared to my old family doctor (who was great as well). It was sad to see Dr. Corsini retiring but I am happy to be a patient of Dr. Castelluzzo's.

Rushed rushed & rushed

Have been trying to call for 2 days on redial and have not received one answered call. And my husband has also been trying to call during the same times the phone continues to just ring and go to a voicemail that says they are open but no voicemail allowed. At least the old staff answered the phone.

Previous postings are inaccurate. He is trying to fix a system that didn't work, all new staff to clean up years of crap. Had to wait 3 hrs to see the doc before- walk in would have been faster! But his staff would never say to go as in the message and they state it works against him. They give you numbers for the on call doctor for the health team. I personally am happy with the changes. I went for an annual and was told of abnormal cells from the last test 2 years before that I was not informed about! That says a lot

i'm very disappointed in the new staff that has been hired. being sick for the last 3 days and needing medical attention I was told to just go to a walk in because he was busy and not acceping any other appointments and that he was going on vacation so he could see me in a month. Not the treatment we received with our last doctor
