Dr. Matthew S. Anderson, M.D.

Have had several kidney stones and Dr. Anderson was always right there to take care of them. Now working on why I have UTI infections regularly. Dr, Anderson is very concerned about my condition.

Dr. Anderson seemed ok & my husband & I were both impressed with him @ our first visit. My husband was having kidney stones problems & was passing an extreme amount of blood in his urine. He was uncomfortable & we both explained to him that we would like to move forward as quickly as possible. He agreed & said his nurse would be calling that afternoon with a surgery date. It simply fell apart right after that!!! They never called , I called his office & got the runaround several times. Now he is in constant pain & passing a lot of blood,sweating,etc. Two days I am still calling getting the same runaround. Friday before noon the nurse calls & wants him to come in to have a urinary stent placed & have his prostrate checked. I said he never had problems that we knew of & we have no idea what you are talking about. Later another girl calls from his office saying if he hasn't eaten he can come in for this procedure before they blast the kidney stones. The same day!! To put it all… together later they call back & say forget it because the Dr. & nurse had him mixed up with another patient. I would stay away from this Dr. & seek out another. He is a joke & so is his staff.
