Dr. Matthew Carl Andresen, MD

After seeing multiple family physicians as my PCP, a colleague recommended hers, who is a colleague of Dr. Andresen’s. Her schedule was full so I accepted the offered appointment with him and am so glad I did. I’m not an easy patient, as I came to him with a complex medical history and a ton of frustration after others couldn’t help me. Dr. Andresen took his time listening to my concerns and helping where he could yet being honest where he couldn’t and providing referrals to specialists who ended up being as great as he is. He’s professional, approachable, very kind and so is his staff. I travel 40 minutes from Cleveland’s eastern suburbs to see him because he’s worth it.

Dr. Andresen is compassionate, professional, and takes his time with his patients. I saw many different doctors before him and none could seem to help me. They either misdiagnosed my symptoms and lacked communication, or passed me off to specialists for everything. I stumbled upon Dr. Andersen after a friend recommended Dr. King. She had no availability for my desired timeframe, so his wonderful, courteous, staff offered him. I took a chance and am glad I did. It's clear that he truly cares about his patients by how thourough he is with maintaining consistent communication with my other doctors, and making recommendations when needed. I drive 30 minutes to see him and it's worth it. His staff also consistently is a pleasure to deal with. Each and every time for the approximately two years I've been his patient.
