Was referred to this "Specialist" by my primary care physician for a persistent systemic fungal infection that has haunted me since June. Was greeted by an incredibly rude receptionist who told me that I could not schedule an appointment until I submitted evidence - via fax - that I had an infection from my primary care physician that referred me. Don't bother trying, they don't want anyone's business - they seem to have enough. I would drive to another city before ever stepping foot in this physicians office.

Dr. Antelek is a very caring and professional doctor. His expertise in the field of our diagnosis was unmatched. We had been through quite a bit before our appointment with him. He explained had we been to him first, he could have saved us a lot of agony. When we were through he assured us if we had any other problems to contact him immediately and he would be sure to take care of us.His recommendation had come from a colleague of his and couldn't have been happier with that recommendation.
