Dr has a very easy easy-going and comfortable bedside manner, and takes the time necessary to respond to questions, but he will raise the level of science as high as a patient might want to understand it. He is concerned about the whole individual, not just allergies. His assistant Chantey, who actually administers the shots, is perhaps the best I have come across for effectiveness in delivery, explanations, and overall warmth of personality.
