Dr. Matthew Mccray Ashby, MD

Dr. Ashby is a wonderful doctor. His wait for appointments were less than at other offices. He is personable and listens to our needs, and he cares about what is happening with our family.

i called to make an appointment and was rudely told they don't make appointments over the phone. I was told to go online and fill it out. that might be efficient to the staff at the agency but I found it very off-puting. I will find another psychiatrist.

It is really hard to get an appointment he only works part time. You make appointments months out and then they call and cancel. 3 of our last 4 appointment have been canceled.

Physician is too busy to spend adequate amount of time with children he treats. Not available for concerns about side effects and I had to contact pediatrician and pharmacist to inquire about that. Prescribed medication without taking height and weight of child. Condecending to parent when parent had questions and concerns.
