Dr. Terry Baker
Dr. Terry Baker received his dental degree from Indiana University in 1980, and his undergraduate degree from Purdue University. He has furthured his education with orthodontics and Invisalign training. Dr. Baker is a member of Isaac Knapp, Indiana, and American Dental Associations. Patient care is Dr. Baker's number one priority. He strives to make his patients of all ages comfortable and relaxed while at the dentist office. He resides in Decatur with his wife Nancy, and enjoys family get togethers with his …8 grandchildren.

Dr. Kelly S. Ulman received her B.S. degree in biology from Indiana University in 1993. In 1997 she received her dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She is a member of the Isaac Knapp, Indiana, and American Dental Associations. She has advanced training in orthodontics and Invisalign treatments. Dr. Ulman believes that patient comfort and trust are the most important aspect of the services she provides. She practices dentistry on patients of all ages, and enjoys getting to know and establish friendships with the families she sees. Dr. Ulman is a native of Decatur and resides with her husband, Tim and two sons, Nathan and John.

Dr. Matt Baker received a B.S. degree in Biology from Purdue University in 2001 and received his DDS degree from Indiana University in 2006. Since graduating, he has taken advanced training in orthodontics and Invisalign. Dr. Baker is a native of Adams County, graduating from Bellmont High School in 1997. He, his wife Nicole, and sons Will and Isaac, currently live in Decatur close to family and friends. Dr. Baker is a member of the Isaac Knapp Dental Society and the Indiana State and American Dental Associations. Dr. Baker enjoys working with kids and uses a gentle hand when providing care to patients of all ages.
