Seen 7/14/24 was very thorough and caring, took the time to explain Dx and treatment plan, as a retired nurse I truly appreciated it.

I work in Healthcare and I have never been more dissatisfied with a health care provider in my life. I went in due to having a hard time breathing. Drs bedside manner was terrible.. he told me he wasn't going to run any tests due to my symptoms being subjective as he smuggly sat on a grabage can (ewwww). He didn't take a health history, run any tests, nor did offer up any solutions for my issues. Most unhelpful uncaring Healthcare provider I have run into. I still was slapped with a bill as if his time was even worth 2 cents.

I have an extremely long complaint I will be calling and writing a letter as well. I went to degraff for help with pain in my back shoulder blade and front right (I've been 2 other times to the hospital because the pain is unbearable at times and chest further feeling shortness or breathe and cannot fully inhale or exhale. I have been dealing with a lengthy nagging cough previously pneumonia since been treated but ended me right back in the er todsy with a tiny cough which causes severe pain when I breathe, sneeze, bend forward, try to roatate. I heard a crack and then my ears rang and I almost fainted the pain was was severe then since that moment have limited range of motion and stiffness. I have been crying non stop and have never been treated so rudley also talked down to by someone who.is sullosed to help you. My wife and I were laughed at and felt like such a burden hoenslty. It felt as if we were being disciplined by someone who i was seeking help from as if I was to simply… "give it time" and "it is what it is". Dr Matthew barret was egotistical, rude and smug to say the least. I've never been treated so unkind in the health care system before tonight. I left in the same amount of pain I came in and am currently still crying and seeking help elsewhere tomorrow. I can't sleep or even bend to use the bathroom or put on my shoes. I left feeling hopeless, frustrated and feeling extremely uncomfortable with 8 out of 10 pain and when I try to move certain ways off the charts pain I just sob. i give one star for the muscle relaxer anf shot of pain med I was given which help calms my nerves so I can try and rest. Neither touched the pain I'm dealing with yet I'm told "nothing can be done "IT IS WHAT IT IS". Wish me luck- I am searching for help in the morning from a specialist. I'll never forget the unkind treatment I had tonight from Dr Matthew barret. Un real.

Sent me home telling me I needed to find a way to manage symptoms of my autoimmune disease. Turns out my autoimmune disease wasn’t the problem at all. Thankful for doctors who actually listen to their patients complaints. Would 100% not recommend.

Smug. Arrogant. Horrible bedside manor.
