A rare find - a man who has a wealth of information and options for a patient to try in order to get the best results. Both standard medical treatments and alternative treatments. And who LISTENS. What they're doing to him is horrible.

I like Dr. Bennett. I picked him because he claims to be pretty holistic. I found it ironic, though, that the first thing he seems to do is try to prescribe medication rather than offer me a holistic option. When I tell him I don't want the meds but would like a holistic option, he then offers one. So overall, my opinion of Dr. Bennett is ok. His staff, or at least some of them are not very good. The people I dealt with while at his office were ok and one of his nurses was very, very nice, but when my prescription had been written wrong and the pharmacy needed to call them to get it corrected, they had a really hard time. They told me that they called several times and did not get a response. I then called the office myself and spoke to a woman there who took care of the prescription calls. When I told her that my pharmacy told me that they called a few times and didn't get a response, she said they were liars. I thought that was pretty odd and unprofessional and since I had… never had a problem with the pharmacy, I didn't really believe her. When I came onto this website and saw the other reviews, it was confirmed for me that the one who was the liar was indeed the lady I spoke to at the doctor's office and not the pharmacist. I've also had some trouble trying to get through to schedule an appointment. I've had to leave messages and have not heard back.

Everytime i go i WAIT WELL over hour he DOES Not have followed UP with me for cancer diagnosis . I honestly feel neglected as a patient . He never has spent more that 5 minutes with me. He has way TO many patients for 1 person his nurse practioner QUIT on him he receptionist quit. I am also reporting HIM. In MY opion find another doctor IF you can.

Dr M. Bennett's office on River Rd is THE MOST unprofessional, filthiest , most ridiculous excuse for a medical practice!!!! I waited 2.5 HOURS for my new patient appointment...I had so much time to look around the waiting room wheich hadn't been dusted in forever, the fish tank was so dirty..the fish bumped into each other, cobwebs, just disgusting!!!..then I was brought to the back by a girl in a 1/2 shirt!!YES!!a 1/2 shirt..who wanted to take my blood ...I HAD TO ASK HER TO PUT GLOVES ON!!!!!!!! Then I was told the DR wasnt seeing any patients today b/c he had to fix his computer that has been down for a week! WTH????? Needless to say I walked out...ug!

It is impossible to reach anyone to talk to. You're always put on hold, and get the recording that the office is closed - even though it's within office hours. Then when you finally get to talk to someone on the staff - they are very rude and unprofessional. It is clear to me that this doctor and his staff is not concerned with my health or well being. After being treated so rudely by his nurse, I tried to reach Dr. Bennett by phone 4 times - 3 of which I talked to a "person" after hanging on for over 20 minutes each time. The 4th time I left a message on his machine. He has not returned my calls. After trying to reach him unsuccessfully for a week I gave up. Although I was in severe pain and needed follow-up care, according to his rude nurse - "my x-rays were normal". I will be looking for a doctor that's more accessible to his patients, one that cares about his patients, and one that has professional people working for him. After checking reviews on his site, I see that I'm… not the only one treated in this manner. I only wish I had checked his site before I registered with him.

I have found Dr Bennett three year ago.I have never been treated nicer by any other medical professional.

been going to Bennett about 3 years, started off good, now he is a pill pusher, replacing the pill pusher doctor in Niagara Falls that got busted. If you are sick, go else ware. You will be amazed how rude and incompetent his staff is. I think he could be a good doctor, if he was not trying to pay for a very expensive, not necessary building. You want to forget about calling in for help. They put you on hold for longer than the time you wait to see a doctor. When you get an appointment it will end up being with a P.A. Don't try to get to know any of these PA's because the don't stay long, they are afraid of losing their licences to practice because of the controlled substance scripts being loosely written. Good Luck, you will need it.

How someone can use the word Awesome to describe Dr. Bennett, and his staff is off their rocker. When you finally get an appt with the doctor, your next appts are scheduled with PA's or NP's. I pay for my health insurance to see a DOCTOR, and to get the best care for my money.This is not happening at Bennett. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and to say the least, very unprofessional looking- and acting. A person can stand in front of staff, but that staff will not look up to ask if you need help, with something , anything. HELLO, AM I INVISIBLE? Bennett needs to get a better looking staff, more important, a more caring staff. I AM HERE BECAUSE I AM SICK, I NEED HELP AND CONSIDERATION.Asking for samples, is like pulling teeth, MY INSURANCE WONT COVER THIS MEDICATION OR TOO EXPENSIVE. Are you saving your samples for your favorite patients? friends? family? NOT ME.People, dont waste your time. Really look into a doctors reputation and his staff, before you get reeled in.

"The New" Dr. FeelGood in the Area..with Prescription Drug abuse on the Rise,overdose and young Deaths... this Man Freely Dispenses Controlled Substances way to easy... Holistic Dr. ?? are you Kidding...
