Seems knowledgeable, is personable, etc, when you can get in touch with him. Unfortunately that doesn’t seem possible unless you schedule an appointment, so every inquiry about previous visits or prescriptions, etc involves a trip to one of his office. Very hard to communicate with. Really lousy communication system and response time, if ever, without multiple attempts, some bordering on desperation. Very frustrating and strained communications.
