Dr. Matthew James Bonzelet, MD

I had two appointments with Bonzelet. The first time I waited 25 minutes and not a word of apology for being late. The second visit I waited an hour, not one person from the office came in to see me and then decided to leave. On the way out I pasted him and his comment was "Well you can just leave". On top of this he sent me a bill as a no show to the appointment. I am checking to see if he also billed my insurance company for the office visit. He needs to take a class in time keeping and common courtesy. The sun does not revolve around him like he acts.

Dr Bonzelet may be a good doctor, and the operator at Maryland Medical Group told me he was accepting new patients, but the only way to make an appointment or get a message to the doctor is to leave a message with his assistant Gail. I left Gail a message, she did not call me back. I waited a few days, left another message, did not hear from her. Waited another day and called the operator who would not let me speak to the office manager and hung up on me. What a shame, but this is how they treat people at the Maryland Medical Group. I don't want a doctor who will never get message when I am sick or need to communicate with him.

Dr. Bonzelet is fantastic! He made my transition with going from a pediatrician to an "adult Doctor" as smooth as possible. He is a good listener and very knowledgable! He explains things well as far as diagnosis and medications or remedies and writes it down incase I forget. I came in once for cold symptoms I wanted checked out and he asked me how school was going...specifically the name of it which I only mentioned to him once. You wanna see someone who remembers things like that and cares enough to ask! Five stars!

My Dr. Is awesome, Gale is great at what she does as well. But if you have any issues the OFFICE MANAGER JUST REALLY SOCKS TO DEAL WITH. I THINK SHE NEEDS TO GO.

Dr, Bonzelet is a terrific young doctor, who is willing to spent time with patients, listen carefully and explain clearly.
