Demonstrating his commitment to excellence, he pursued and was awarded a highly competitive fellowship in Houston, Texas with a world renowned Facial Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Bridges, his wife, and young twins then returned to the Richmond area to join Dr. Patrick Gibbons where he started Commonwealth Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bridges is Double Board Certified in Facial Plastic / Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery.
